Selling Photocards and Unsealed Albums is hard in Aotearoa. We're trying to make it easier!
What you need to do
First, send us a message on Instagram or an email and we will get you to fill out the relevant forms. We will then give you some shipping instructions so you can send us the items you want listed on our site. You would cover the costs of sending the item, however, postage for photocards can be as low as $2.30.
Please include in the package a list of the items (and preferably inclusions), how you want them to be priced, and your contact details.
What we do
We take photos of the items and create a listing on our site detailing inclusions and any damages that the items may have.
If the item sells, we will package and ship it for you - if you want your Instagram selling account included we will happily include a note with your handle on it. We then pay you 70% of the item's price, there will be a gap of a week between the item selling and you receiving payment as all payments take time to process through our site. The 70% will be paid into the bank account you give us when you fill in the relevant forms.
Requesting an item back
We will keep your item until it either sells or you request it back.
If you want to request your item back either send us a message on Instagram or an email outlining which item(s) you want returned.
If you are requesting a return within 3 months of the listing going up, you will need to cover the shipping to have it returned, however, if it has been over 3 months and you are requesting a photocard(s) back, we can return postage. If you are based in Wellington we may be able to return your items by hand for free.
