Shipping & Packaging
How Long Does Shipping Take?
We aim to process your order within 1-2 business days, however our team is very small so disruptions like Covid can cause delays.
Shipping with both NZPost and Pass the Parcel usually takes 1-2 days for the North Island, and 2-4 days for the South Island.
Albums arrive to us 1-2 weeks after their release date. Albums with POBs can take an additional 1-2 weeks as POBs can be produced AFTER the release date. Some items like Merchandise, Lightsticks, and Season's Greetings can take up to a month from their release date.
Please note all of the items in your order with be shipped together; this means if you have a preorder item that isn't released for another month none of your order will be shipped until that item arrives to us. If you need an in stock item ASAP you should only include in stock items in your order.
How Do You Package Your Orders?
We wrap all of our orders in recycled or reused bubble wrap and then in a compostable mailer. This ensures your items have adequate padding, are waterproof, and include as little plastic as possible.
Fragile and flimsy items may also be strengthened with reused cardboard.
We may reuse boxes we receive albums in to package larger or more fragile orders.
Although we always try to package so that everything arrives as new, please remember that we can not offer any compensation when the outer box of an album is damaged as our suppliers don't, and the outer box is there to protect the inclusions.
Albums & Merchandise
Can I Request an Album Version?
Yes! We 100% allow version requests; however, they may not always be fulfilled.
Most of the time, we will be able to meet requests when an album is still in the pre-order period, but in-stock albums are subject to availability and are also on a first come first serve policy.
Will I Receive Freebies?
To keep prices as low as possible and to remain environmentally conscious, we do not include freebies for all orders. If we have some extra preorder benefits like magnets, stickers, or concept cards these may be included but we can not guarantee you will receive any freebies.
Returns
Am I Eligible For A Refund?
First, we require an unboxing video, starting from how you first received your package. This should show your tracking sticker and is used to verify nothing was tampered with.
You are eligible for a refund if
- Your package was missing items you ordered
You are eligible for store credit/an exchange if
- Your album was missing exclusions
You are NOT eligible for any compensation if
- You did not receive the album version you wanted
- Only the outer box of the item was damaged
