Frequently asked questions regarding shipping, albums, and more!

Shipping & Packaging

Generally we are able to process your album within 2 days, and have it arrive to you within another 1-4 days. Pre-orders and POBs will take longer! Please check the release date on the product page for the pre-order close date. Once the pre-orders close we usually receive them within 1-2 weeks, and then shipping commences as usual. POBs are usually produced once pre-orders close, so it might take an extra 1-3 weeks depending on the supplier. We generally offer Apple Music POBs as they arrive the quickest. Japanese albums take an extra 12-15 days to get to us aswell. There can be shipping delays that are out of our hands e.g. disruptions due to Covid-19.
We wrap all of our albums in recycled bubble wrap and then in craft paper so that it is both water-proof and has as little plastic packaging as possible! Fragile items like jewel cases, platform albums, and vinyl are also packaged with extra care, including cardboard for strengthening and corner protection. We may reuse boxes we receive albums in to package larger or more fragile orders.

Albums & Merchandise

Yes! We 100% allow version requests; however, they may not always be fulfilled. Most of the time, we will be able to meet requests when an album is still in the pre-order period, but in-stock albums are subject to availability and are also on a first come first serve policy.
We tend to not give freebies for orders because we want to remain environmentally conscious, and purchasing freebies that are not little pieces of plastic that will generally be liked/used, can be quite expensive.

Returns

First, we require an unboxing video, starting from how you first received your package. This is used to verify nothing was tampered with. You are eligible for a refund if - Your package was missing items you ordered You are eligible for store credit/an exchange if - Your album was missing exclusions You are NOT eligible for any compensation if - You did not receive the album version you wanted If your albums arrived damaged please send us a message with your unboxing video so we can try to figure out if the merchandise was inadequately packaged or if the courier was at fault.
