Orders will not be shipped out until all items ordered are on hand with us. For example:
Album A - Estimated Arrival - 20th May
Album B - Estimated Arrival - 30th May
Order will ship out around the 30th of May
Consider creating two separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items if you want the fastest delivery for in-stock items!
If you include shipping directions in your order you are giving us permission to enter these details on the courier's website.
YOU MUST ADD ANY SHIPPING DIRECTIONS FOR A NZPOST DELIVERY THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR TRACKING NUMBER. We can not do it for you.
If you want to change the address we send your package to, please contact us immediately so we can change it before it has shipped. We are not able to change the address once it has shipped and will not accept refunds because you provided incorrect/invalid information.
PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOUR TRACKED PARCEL HAS TAKEN MORE THAN A WEEK TO ARRIVE ONCE SHIPPED. WE CAN NOT COMPENSATE FOR ANY LOST PARCELS, IF YOU CATCH IT FAST ENOUGH NZPOST/PASS THE PARCEL MAY BE ABLE TO COMEPNSATE.
As we are based in New Zealand, normal album pre-orders will usually take 5-10 days to arrive to us. Follow our Instagram for consistent order updates.
On-hand albums will be processed in 1-4 days although there may be delays that we can not control.
Once albums are shipped, shipping times will depend on the carrier.
NZPost tracked shipping should take 1-3 days, please contact us if it hasn't arrived within a week.
Pass the Parcel shipping should take 1-5 days, please contact us if it hasn't arrived in a week, and if your tracking hasn't updated after 2 days from the package being shipped.
NZPost non-tracked stamped shipping for photocards can take 2-10 days, although can take months or go missing. Unfortunately, neither mostbiased nor NZPost can compensate you for lost, stamped cards.
mostbiased does not take any responsibility for missing or damaged goods once they have been shipped. Please contact your carrier for help, but feel free to contact us to help you contact the carrier or provide packaging feedback. We tend to be a bit heavy on packing so that no goods are damaged however accidents can happen during the shipping process that are out of our control.
We only ship within New Zealand, if you provide an international address we will refund and cancel your order.
We will not refund the cost of shipping your package once it has shipped for any reason unless arranged in private communications.
