Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping from mostbiased :D - if you want to make a return because something with your order was wrong please read our terms and conditions below. T

By buying from us or making an account you have consented to the following terms

To process returns of unsealed albums we require a video of the product unboxing to make sure these damages occurred before you received the products. Unboxing video must start from the outside packaging - including the tracking number.

Returned products must come with ALL packaging and inclusions, e.g. if the CD in an album was broken you must also return the photocard and photobook.

We do not accept refunds for these reasons/conditions:

1. Personal reasons including change in mind
2. Damages to the outer packaging of albums
   1. Albums like the NewJeans OMG Message Card album have an outer box that is there for protection of inclusions and is not listed as an inclusion. Because they are mad for protection we do not accept returns because it is damaged.
3. Shipment missing
   1. We are not responsible for lost shipments. Ask for help from NZPost / Aramex.

1. Preference
   1. We do not refund because you did not get the photocard or album version (random) that you wanted.
2. Pre-order item
   1. If you have ordered a pre-order item, we do not refund.We do accept refunds for store credit due to these reasons/conditions:

1. Missing inclusions
   1. Although these occur due to a manufacturer’s fault, under the Consumer Rights Act we can offer store credit or an exchange

Changes to our Policy

Should we change any of our policies we will update this page promptly and send an email to all of our mostbiased account holders. If you continue to use our service after our policies are amended you automatically agree to them as stated above. You may delete your account or not purchase from us if you disagree with our terms.
