For pre-orders, 95% of the time we can get the album version(s) you prefer just fill out the little text box :)

For in-stock albums, it is less likely we will be able to get exactly what you want, but it never hurts to put in your preference(s) just in case.

Not getting the album version you wanted is not a valid reason for a return.

To process a return, store credit, or exchange, we require an unboxing video from the beginning (e.g. from the outer packaging how it arrived) to make sure damages did not occur after they have been unboxed. We do not accept returns for damages to the outer box of box albums (e.g. NewJeans Bluebook, Red Velvet Chill Kill Bag, Enhypen Weverse) or damages to the outer bag of bag albums (e.g. Aespa DRAMA Drama version, or the plastic seal on an album.) If an album comes to us with damage to the plastic seal, we will either mend the bag or put it in our own so that no inclusions are lost.
