Pre-order weverse gifts are extremely limited and may not be given if our suppliers run out! Unfortunately, we will not find out until albums are purchased so we can not refund your order if gifts are not available.
For pre-orders, 95% of the time we can get the album version(s) you prefer just fill out the little text box :)
For in-stock albums, it is less likely we will be able to get exactly what you want, but it never hurts to put in your preference(s) just in case.
Not getting the album version you wanted is not a valid reason for a return.

Fore pre-orders, Japanese albums take an extra 12-15 day before they are shipped to us, please keep this in mind.
To process a return, store credit, or exchange, we require an unboxing video from the beginning (e.g. from the outer packaging how it arrived) to make sure damages did not occur after they have been unboxed. Please refer to our returns policy to answer any other questions or email us at customer.mostbiased@gmail.com
We do not accept returns for damages to the outer box of box albums (e.g. NewJeans Bluebook, Red Velvet Chill Kill Bag, Enhypen Weverse) or damages to the outer bag of bag albums (e.g. Aespa DRAMA Drama version, or the plastic seal on an album.) If an album comes to us with damage to the plastic seal, we will either mend the bag or put it in our own so that no inclusions are lost.
Images are for illustrative purposes ONLY. Contents may vary based on what version you receive and if it is purchased past the pre-order/first press deadline. You will receive 1 version and the contents of that one version if you have added one album to your cart, you will receive 2 versions (may be the same) if you have 2 of the same album in your cart, and so on.
