To process a return, store credit, or exchange, we require an unboxing video from the beginning (e.g. from the outer packaging how it arrived) to make sure damages did not occur after they have been unboxed. All pre-orders are subject to availability. If you pre-order MD and we can not find a viable supplier, we will refund the MD. If you have other items in your order we will still ship those if they are available.

Outer boxes are provided to protect the MD, returns due to damages of the box are not accepted. Please film an unboxing video anyway just in case you are missing an inclusion, so we can verify and refund your MD.

Images are for illustrative purposes ONLY. Contents may vary based on what version you receive and if it is purchased past the pre-order/first press deadline. You will receive 1 version and the contents of that one version if you have added one album to your cart, you will receive 2 versions (may be the same) if you have 2 of the same album in your cart, and so on.
