To process a return, store credit, or exchange, we require an unboxing video from the beginning (e.g. from the outer packaging how it arrived) to make sure damages did not occur after they have been unboxed. We do try to make any damages as obvious as possible, and the photo with the front and back will be the most accurate version. Dark edges and dust particles may be found due to scanning errors and may not be on the real photocard. None of these are a valid reason for return.

Small scratches and dents not noticeable without direct light applied (e.g. phone flashlight) may not be included in the condition section.

This product contains only a photocard. No MD associated with the photocard will be included.

Photocards sent in from other users may be unofficial and may have the QR code used. Although we do not allow unofficial photocards to be sold on our website, there is always the chance something slips through.
