To process a return, store credit, or exchange, we require an unboxing video from the beginning (e.g. from the outer packaging how it arrived) to make sure damages did not occur after they have been unboxed. All lightsticks are subject to availability. If you purchase a lightstick and we can not find a viable supplier, we will refund the lightstick. If you have other items in your order we will still ship those if they are available.
Outer boxes are provided to protect the lightstick, returns due to damages of the box are not accepted. Please film an unboxing video anyway just in case you are missing an inclusion, so we can verify and refund your lightstick.
