-This product is intended for users aged 15 and above. Keep out of reach of children.

-The liquid inside the product is not edible. Do not drink it under any circumstances. If it comes into contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with running water and seek medical attention if any irritation occurs.

-The initial contents are a purified water–based colored solution for visual effect only. This solution cannot be refilled or reused.

-When replacing the internal water, use only purified water (distilled or deionized water). Tap water, sports drinks, or other liquids may cause discoloration or deterioration.

-Avoid allowing any foreign substances, pigments, or other liquids to mix with the internal contents, as this may cause damage to the product.

-Do not subject the product to strong impact, drops, or pressure, as this may cause breakage, leakage, or damage to internal parts.

-Do not expose the product to direct sunlight, high temperatures, freezing conditions, or high humidity for prolonged periods.

-If not in use for an extended period, drain the internal water, dry the product completely, and store it in a safe place.

-Do not disassemble, modify, or immerse the product in water for cleaning. If the exterior becomes dirty, wipe it with a dry cloth.

-When disposing of the product, separate the plastic body and liquid contents, and follow your local recycling and disposal regulations.

To process a return, store credit, or exchange, we require an unboxing video from the beginning (e.g. from the outer packaging how it arrived) to make sure damages did not occur after they have been unboxed. Please refer to our returns policy to answer any other questions or email us at customer.mostbiased@gmail.com

We do not accept returns for damages to the outer box of box albums (e.g. NewJeans Bluebook, Red Velvet Chill Kill Bag, Enhypen Weverse) or damages to the outer bag of bag albums (e.g. Aespa DRAMA Drama version, or the plastic seal on an album.) If an album comes to us with damage to the plastic seal, we will either mend the bag or put it in our own so that no inclusions are lost.

Pre-order benefits are subject to availability and may not be given if our suppliers run out.

Images are for illustrative purposes ONLY. Contents may vary based on what version you receive and if it is purchased past the pre-order/first press deadline. You will receive 1 version and the contents of that one version if you have added one album to your cart, you will receive 2 versions (may be the same) if you have 2 of the same album in your cart, and so on.
