To process a return, store credit, or exchange, we require an unboxing video from the beginning (e.g. from the outer packaging how it arrived) to make sure damages did not occur after they have been unboxed. We do not offer refunds / returns because you did not get a photocard you like.

Photocards sent via our non-tracked service are not eligible for refund or return no matter the condition they do or do not arrive in.

As per every order you place with us you are required to film an unboxing video that begins at the outer packaging show (show your address / shipping label) Any damages that occur during shipping must be clearly visible and shown in the video.
