As this is a second hand, unsealed album, inclusions may be missing and there may be damages to the outer box and inclusions. Feel free to send us a video request detailing any damages via our Instagram (@mostbiased) or email (customer.mostbiased@gmail.com) Because these are unsealed, missing inclusions or damages to the inclusions are not a valid reason for return or refund.

We will repackage all unsealed albums in a biodegrable plastic bag to keep inclusions safely inside the albums and to keep albums from getting any more damages.

If you would like to get your own albums on our site feel free to send us a message and we can arrange a pickup within Wellington or you can send it to us if outside of Wellington.

To process a return, store credit, or exchange, we require an unboxing video from the beginning (e.g. from the outer packaging how it arrived) to make sure damages did not occur after they have been unboxed. Please refer to our returns policy to answer any other questions or email us at customer.mostbiased@gmail.com

We do not accept returns for damages to the outer box of box albums (e.g. NewJeans Bluebook, Red Velvet Chill Kill Bag, Enhypen Weverse) or damages to the outer bag of bag albums (e.g. Aespa DRAMA Drama version, or the plastic seal on an album.) If an album comes to us with damage to the plastic seal, we will either mend the bag or put it in our own so that no inclusions are lost.

Pre-order benefits are subject to availability and may not be given if our suppliers run out.

Images are for illustrative purposes ONLY. Contents may vary based on what version you receive and if it is purchased past the pre-order/first press deadline. You will receive 1 version and the contents of that one version if you have added one album to your cart, you will receive 2 versions (may be the same) if you have 2 of the same album in your cart, and so on.
