As this is a second hand, unsealed album, inclusions may be missing and there may be damages to the outer box and inclusions. Feel free to send us message via our Instagram (@mostbiased) or email (customer.mostbiased@gmail.com) asking for a video detailing any damages. Because these are unsealed, missing inclusions or damages to the inclusions are not a valid reason for return or refund.

If you would like to get your own albums on our site feel free to send us a message and we can arrange a pickup within Wellington or you can send it to us if outside of Wellington.

To process a return, store credit, or exchange, we require an unboxing video from the beginning (e.g. from the outer packaging how it arrived) to make sure damages did not occur after they have been unboxed. Please refer to our returns policy to answer any other questions or email us at customer.mostbiased@gmail.com
