To process a return, store credit, or exchange, we require an unboxing video from the beginning (e.g. from the outer packaging how it arrived) to make sure damages did not occur after they have been unboxed. This product contains only a photocard. No MD associated with the photocard will be included.

Photocards sent in from other users may be unofficial and may have the QR code used. Although we do not allow unofficial photocards to be sold on our website, there is always the chance something slips through.
